ISO-22000

Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) is a scheme for auditing and certification of meal safety systems of the companies in the whole food supply chain. The system uses FSSC 22000 uses the actual rules ISO 22000, ISO 22003 and technologies and terms for sector PRPs and applies to the companies in the food chain which process or production animal products, perishable vegetal goods, products with a long shelf life and food ingredients. The FSSC 22000 certification plan is fully explained and acquired by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and by the European co-operation for Accreditation (EA)
