From the Input-Output Coefficient Organization (IOCO) or Engineering Development Board (EDB) the responsibility is relieved. This is to say, if the ratios are the same in both the analysis certificate and the previous year, then the regular authority will issue the license on their own. They won’t seek recommendations or approvals from the IOCO/EDB..
The provision for issuance of the analysis certificate is given in export-oriented units if there’s any delay. Hence, there will be no hurt to the faced by the export-oriented units in any circumstances..
