Form II is filled with the required fees.
After this, an application is asked to be tendered along with the following:
Properly attested previous partnership deed

Properly attested new partnership deed on a stamp paper
ID proof and domestic proof of all the partners along with their passport size photograph.
Incorporation documents
After submission registrar will verify all the documents and will issue a new certificate.
